- Assessing the effectiveness of current communications mechanisms and practices to meet business needs
- Identifying the most appropriate internal communications framework to meet those needs
- Developing and implementing internal communications policies and strategies based on best practice
- Supporting the implementation of new communications mechanisms including newsletters, e-zines, intranet content, team briefing systems
- Creating internal brand and value awareness programmes
- Measuring and evaluating the impact of internal communications within the organisation through surveys, focus groups and other measurement tools
Working with organisations in times of crisis or change to:
- Develop change communication plans
- Management & preparation of internal communications plans, presentations and other materials for M&A, IPO, sale and redundancy announcements
- Management of crisis situations with internal audiences
